Random ping to Servers

After the latest patch, I suddenly have terrible 100+ms ping to servers that I usually only have 20ms ping to. Some matches it'll be normal, then I switch game modes and it's back to 100ms ping again. Once it settles, it'll stay consistently at a stable ping, but sometimes it's at the normal low ping and literally the next match on the same server it switches randomly to high ping and stay there for the rest of the match even after killing the program and reopening it. No amount of changing settings in game, restarting or editing router settings, or PC network settings has seemed to fix this issue. This issues doesn't happen with any other online game on my PC or server ping test I tried so it's something with Apex specifically. On the main menu it'll show the normal pings, but once I get past the main menu it'll show my connection to the nearest server with 100+ms ping. But, like I said, it'll sometimes have the ping from the main menu, and sometimes the ping from the lobby. The game is super annoying to play when half my games have terrible connection for no good reason. In previous patches, this particular issue would happen in like 1/20 of my games, but after the last few updates it just changes about every other match randomly.
