Rank bug

My rank randomly went from Platinum 1 to Silver 5 right after I finished a game that would have put me in diamond. I kept playing trying to ignore this bug, but I'm now in Platinum 3. Those points literally would have got me the diamond skydive reward. Please fix this, screenshots are attached.
