Rank reset from #26 predator on xbox series X to rookie3 after win(11.27.24). NA Oregon. Not banned. No matchmaking penalty, no update on gmail/in game inbox. What is going on? Same issue as a friend i50k from 2 season ago but he was on ps5. Apex tracker shows all my games listed and last one is just a -49677.
Rank is slowly decreasing as well. Went from Gold 3 to Plat 4 after 11/26's Tuesday patch. On Thursday, rank was brought back to 200/700 points in Gold 1 (did not play games). On Friday, it went to 104/700 (played no games as well). There's got to be a bug going around.
I feel sorry for you but I am happy i'm not the only one haha! I doubt we will get our points back though, we are not streamers and we both know how Respawn does not care haha.
