Ranked Rumble reset my rank back to Rookie even though I was platnium before

My and my 2 friends play together and we were all platnium. After the rumble reset 1 is platnium and two of us are platnium. We cant play together despite there being no warning about this or anythin...

    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for the posts. Just confirming here that we are aware and looking into the various Rumble issues reported throughout this thread.

    That would include having your rank reset, as well as not being able to get into Rumble or earn points in Rumble.

Not my first post either and with that being said this glitch has happened to me before this is just my first time having all the proof to show others what happened.

Same issue here, i was plat when i joined a match and after it ends and i got in to lobby the rank rumble came out and my rank reseted to rookie.My original rank is still there when i check the ranked season 21 in game,i treid playing ranked thinking it was rumble turned out to be just a regular ranked game for rookie rank, i cant even join to rank rumble now cuz game wants me to do orientation matches.

    @DarkBlue33 I think it has somemthing to do with cross progression do you also have a consol and pc account?

      @KermitsTinder no i only played apex on pc so far and using ea to connect game not even downloaded it on steam ever.

        @DarkBlue33 super interesting that rules that out then must have to do with the rumble update and them resetting

    I was diamond and I can’t play with my friends I hope they fix this soon and I’m not even ranking up it’s bugged out.
