Totally lose progression

m3cbuqfilerf​ Is the missing Apex progress from before Cross Progression?

If it was, any banned account had its Apex progress excluded from the Cross Progression merge.

The EA account you're posting with now is essentially brand new. If you've been playing Apex since season 1 or 2, that would have been on a different EA account. Please try logging in with any other emails you may have used in the past.

If you don't recall or no longer have access to another email, you'll need to contact support as mentioned in your older post so they can try to help locate and update the old account.
