Hey @PancakeLauncher,

Unfortunately your game progress (including skins, characters, and currencies) are tied to the EA account itself, so if you unlink your Xbox and relink it to another EA account, your Apex Coins won't carry over.

If you still have access to that old EA account you can unlink your Xbox here, but otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team via a chat to see if they can help you unlink that Xbox if you'd still like to do so.

    I do have access to both and can unlink the xbox account from one... but will the act of linking the Xbox to my PC account (my main EA account) make it so when i log on PC it will be my old account and id lose my 10 months of skins/ progress etc... I want to avoid losing my main file

    Also i only added the currency a couple days ago - is there no way to move this across as they are both my accounts and i just used the code essentially on the wrong log in??

    @PancakeLauncher,

    If you decide to link your Xbox to your main EA account, you'll losse what you had on that Xbox since, again, all your progress is stored on the EA account itself. So that's something you won'tt have to worry about.

    As for transferring currencies between accounts, I'm afraid that that isn't somthing we can help with.

    As ill lose all the progress/ cosmetics etc on the Xbox account, and that I only added the currency the other day (when I first raised this issue as it was how I discovered the problem). Can I not be compensated the same amount for my main account? Its not like I can spend it as I'll lose what I buy. 

    Thanks so far for the help though - my tickets are being ignored currently and this has been most helpful

    @PancakeLauncher,

    I totally get the frustration, but there's just no way to transfer that currency to another account or to bring it with you. I wish I had a workaround I could share in regards to that, but unfortunately I don't.
