Yeah, I don't really believe that. The appeals team obviously isn't being run by a person, as I was denied with the same automated reply each time, and the case was closed, but I can also see so many other accounts on here with the same complaint that were replied to with a more legitimate reply than "contact the service team". This is absolutely unfair, the support team clearly isn't reading the messages (my situation is the same as a hacked account and the owner being punished for actions that weren't their own) as a human, and I'm supposed to talk to them about it?
were you able to get unbanned? If so, how?
@QuissettHouse From my understanding, you can appeal a ban up to 3 times. With each appeal, a real, (and different), EA TOS member would review the case and make a decision. The only reason why it looks like a bot reply, is because they do use templates.
