Hi,

If you think your account is banned by mistake please go to the link below:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:

  1. Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
  2. Select Origin as the product.
  3. Select your platform.
  4. Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
  5. Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
  6. Compose a new massage to ToS team.
  7. The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.

    Hey @Chyper_67

Allow the Terms of Service team to look into your case.
They try to reply within 5 business days, this can sometimes be longer depending on some factors.

Keep an eye on your registered email address and check the spam and junk folders as sometimes the email back can get routed over there.

The fact that some of us are getting banned from accounts because of hackers most likely because of the ToS about boosting accounts is ridiculous. You guys need a better system of filtering out if accounts were actually boosted or hacked. It would be better to be safe than to ban an account that might be an honest paying customer such as myself. Now I have to jump through all these hoops and prove my innocence and go through the hassle even though I reported someone to you guys as soon as I found out someone was using my account and changed my password and activated the mobile authenticator. If I was paying someone to boost my account why would I report, authenticate and change my password right away? Makes no sense. Tell your ToS team to actually think logically please.

@KDreezy_YT You could also protect ur account with a good and strong password and enable a two-factor authentication on your accounts/emails.
  • I did that once I knew someone was on my account. Changed it and set up the authenticator. Still got banned......

@KDreezy_YT Because the account has been 'shared' in the systems eye and in a way it has.
It's hard to tell if an account is hacked or shared. and thats why the system in your eyes is 'bad'
But would you be able to see the difference if a user login to their account and a while after someone else does?
No, you could suspect but not know unless the victim share the info before/right after.
  • Right so you would rather ban someone that doesn't deserve it than risk having someone boosting? That is not a good business practice.

@KDreezy_YT The issue is violations against the ToS.
Would you like risking people stealing from your store instead of stopping the once you think may steal because the proof you have points at that?
  • My point is they didn't look at all the proof. I reset my password, reported them and set up the authenticator once I knew my account was compromised. I took the appropriate steps. The evidence supports me being honest not the other way around. If i was having someone boost I would have let them boost...

@KDreezy_YTIf you have done all right and the proof is on your side then again, contact the Support and wait for a respons on the ticket.

I'm just pointing out why the system banned you when your account violated the ToS, You or the hacker, it don't matter, the Account still violated ToS and this is now an issue the Support team must investigate.

I don't put any blame on you for getting hacked nor do i put any blame on the system EA has or EA it self. But you need to understand that a violation has been made and that a action was made towards it.
