@EA_Mako So where is the reason you gave for my banning? Where is the evidence that I was banned? Can you provide it!

@EA_Mako The server doesn't work, there are still many bugs, and now you guys still suck at managing the security of players' accounts! What should be blocked is not blocked, and what should not be blocked is blocked indiscriminately!

You would have received the general reason in an email when the action was first applied to your account, however beyond that we would not be able to provide additional details.

Our ToS team would re-examine our records and logs in the event of an appeal, but if the appeals have been declined it would seem they've confirmed their evidence and will not be making further changes.

@EA_Mako What evidence? Is the so-called evidence that only the cans can know? Can you send me all the evidence of your investigation of my account cheating?
