Any platform specific cosmetics would not be transferred with the account merge that recently happened.

  • Are you talking about every skin or skins like the “Nintendo switch pathfinder”? Because I received NO skins, no cosmetics at all. None of my battle pass reactive skins, none of the skins I paid for with apex coins or recolor I used legend tokens on. I got absolutely no cosmetics. That also includes my heirlooms. It basically wiped my Xbox account and just moved my steam account to Xbox….

    I'm talking about skins that were only available on a particular platform. Nintendo skins wouldn't transfer to PlayStation, for example. Did you happen to unlink your account and link it to a different EA account? If so, nothing would come over with that. You'd need to relink the account in order to get everything back.

  • So I need to unlink my steam account from my Xbox account and relink it for the cosmetics to show up?

    @verifiedtwice 

    You can't link your Steam account to your Xbox account. Those are separate device accounts. If you previously unlinked one of those accounts from an EA account and linked it to a different EA account, you'll need to link it back to the previous EA account in order to get everything back.

  • None of this is making any sense. My EA account shows both my Xbox account and Steam account are linked to my EA account. 


    I logged onto my PC and booted up Apex Legends. I was playing on my Steam account (ibFADEZ), and when I logged in it showed the first Apex Legends cross-progression prompt and read "Cross Progression is Here". It then showed the loading wheel and went to the main menu. It NEVER showed any menu saying "Welcome to cross progression". So I assumed it didn't work at all until I turned on my Xbox and opened Apex Legends on my ibFADEZ TTV Xbox Live account, when Apex Legends opened on my Xbox it was now showing my Steam account. So why am I not seeing any cosmetics from my original Xbox account? 

    Cross-progression worked to an extent because my Steam account is now on my Xbox and PC. Why am I not seeing any of my previous cosmetics like heirlooms, battle pass rewards, store content, legend token content, etc (NOT REFERRING TO LIMITED EDITION CONSOLE EXCLUSIVE COSMETICS)

    @VERIFIEDTWICE

    Please contact an advisor so they can investigate this for you. That can be done by opening a case here. They will be able to let you know if those items were platform exclusive or not and find out what happened to them if you should still have them.

  • An advisor is no help, I have the same issue for about two week.
