We want to thank everyone who has posted their Dxdiag reports here, they will help us investigate this issue.
It is fairly clear cut at this stage what the issue is but at this time we are waiting for confirmation on any steps we may take.
As soon as we have solid info we will post here again with the news. Thanks again.

Yes, really appreciate the quick response. Had the same problem in black ops 4. And it took about a week for them to acknowledge the issue. And weeks before it got fixed.
Same Issue with my AMD FX-6300 .. I saw that lots of AMD FX users has this problem too.. The game works then sudden freeze and says that I lost my connection..

It should be quick. Most of the people got the rank up and all the grinding stuffs. We're already behind. Phenom II maybe old but x6 is still very much capable CPU..!!

Yeah thx but no thx, not eveyrbody has the money to buy a new very expensive high end CPU and calls you a peasent so you can be broke if you get one, so yeah I'm just waiting for the game to be fixed so I can have fun with friends who are playing at the moment. Or possible saying peasent is because the fact they also don't play the game cuz of their pc they won't work ^^ xp @Kurzyy

All this time I thought it was an OS problem. Guess it's a problem specific to older AMD cards.
I'm on a Phenom II x4 955. Suffering from the same problem where it crashes to desktop. Hopefully they release a patch soon.
They wont release a patch for this community manager of EA said it clearly that the dont want to spend time of fixing this...
Its so sad that they dont care about thousands of people that just want to play their game

Wow, how low can EA fall, this issue is clearily fixable, and you just close your eyes to your playerbase and tell them to f*ck off, you know, there's not only people having problems here, and they're sick of your *.
Maybe give us AMD Phenom support dlc and we will be able to buy the access đ
