This explains how to set up cross play and "add" friends. That's not the issue at hand. Once crossplatform friends have been added they do not show up in the online friends menu. You're are friends, but you cannot see when they're online or not
I'm having the same issue. I'm on playstation, added an xbox friend the other day but can't see him in the friend list and can't find him in search
is it giving you a messages saying one or more EA settings may be hiding cross-platform friends? cause thats whats happening to me. I cant find anything to help either.
- UPDATE: I found that they are showing in the list but only when they're online.
- @EA_Illium Anyone with half a brain knows how to add friends. That is very obviously NOT the issue. And no, the link you posted does NOT do anything for this problem.
Crossplay feature was removed for PC players back in the end of 2020. Crossplay only works for XBOX/PS/SWITCH.
I play on PC and I can crossplay with my friends on PS4 tho?
I recently transitioned to PC and I'm not able to see my friends on console
Please help
