Re: Apex constantly crashing Xbox 1

Hi there. The same thing is happening to me. I have tried contacting EA, they keep on suggesting troubleshooting which I told them is NOT working. It is happening to me at this very moment. It's kicking me out before I can even get into lobby! And when I actually do manage to get in and ready up, it kicks me out. At least yesterday I got in a game and played a little bit but then it kicked me out mid-game. This is so frustrating. I've told them about this on the 26th of June and they still haven't done anything about it.

    I hope its fixed , I know of others having the same issue on xbox

    @Binkyboo6 how did you contact them directly I can't find anything other than support pages/forums

    I went to help.ea.com and then clicked on Apex. It gives me a whole bunch of topics. I think I clicked on one which says "report a bug" or something and then it allowed me to send an email to them. They then made a case for me.

    Hey MsHoneybee! My issue was solved. A while ago actually. I'm sorry that you're still dealing with the same issue ☹️ And the problem is, EA isn't really helpful. I spent a long time emailing and all I got was emails from people or bots, rather, asking me if I tried all that troubleshooting stuff. Sorry girl!
