Keep us updated. If the router is next to the console, definitely try to go wired if you can. You'll always get a more consistent connection that way. If you have an older Ethernet cable, it's worth purchasing a newer version that is optimized for gaming. I was using one I had from the original Xbox One I purchased years back and after getting the new one my ping improved.
