Have you already tried to repair Apex Legends?
This can be done by opening Origin, go to game Library.
Here click on Apex Legends, then on the Settings icon and click repair.
This will verify all game files and will repair any corrupted or missing files.

If that did not do the trick, could you attach a Dxdiag file to your posts?
