@thattboiicris What does your internet stats show in the PS4 network settings?

- @EA_Illium Connection speed (Download) is at 50 Mbps and Connection speed (Upload) is at 4.5 Mbps, the wifi is not an issue I play Cold war multiplayer with no problem it's only when I play apex and join my PC friends lobby it seems I crash mid game and have to manually test the connection in order to get back in the game
EA_IlliumHi @thattboiicris What is your NAT showing as when you check network settings?
Can we try the following to see if anything changes?
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- @EA_Illium My NAT is Type 2 and I've tried changing my DNS to Google's but it still does the same I was able to play with my Friends that are on PC just fine without a problem before the recent update

Hi @thattboiicris Thanks for this information I can pass what it happening on to the team, To check can we try changing your NAT to type one to see if anything changes?
- @EA_Illium Tried that as well and the problem persists, changed it to NAT type 1 and the same thing happened
- EA_Illium@thattboiicris To check does your internet equipment comes with a firewall or other features that might be managing your connection?
