Yes it keeps saying that for me it leaves me at the main menu

Got it, thanks. This is actually an issue we've been tracking for some time. Some accounts are getting stuck with a Code:Net error when attempting to connect. The Apex Legends team has been investigating and working on getting it fixed, but right now I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when it might be resolved.

Hello, I have been busy (holiday) and decided to play apex when I came back. When I did, the game got ruined by the infinity loop. I loved the game since season 1 and I feel really sad that I can't play my favourite game anymore. My username is benarsenalfan089 and I have been playing lifeline since the beginning. Even with the new update it hasn't been working. Please could u do something for it

There's a PS4 user that found a work around to clear the rewards splash screen, which seems to be the cause of the issue for some people.

@boybusiness94 shared this in another thread:

Step 1: Change the datacentre to the last datacentre available

Step 2: click continue to the lobby

Step 3: smash the square button (PlayStation) until you get the rewards and whatever else screen and claim it all and it should put you into the lobby as normal.

I assume the "Select last datacentre on the list" was to select a datacentre to connect to that is physically as far as possible from your location to increase latency enough to break the loop cycle. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
