We should go through some connection troubleshooting so we can rule out any issues on your end. First, what system are you playing on, and do you use a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

    I'm playing on Pc, using steam platform, I use wired connection.

    @RigularV 

    Thanks for getting back to me. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Thanks for trying. Next, let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. Try following the instructions here. Let me know how it goes.

    Nothing, stills the same, now the game disconnected me out of the game after an epic play kill leader with 11kills in the last round vs the last person.

  • can you solve the problem without these useless steps? i have the same problem, and i went trough the same [profanity removed] over and over again... my dns is good my ping is fine, but the game kick me out every time , and send me a code wheel and leaf messages... sometimes abandoned penalty because all of this.
    the game was fine before the helptitanfall.com attack...

    In order to rule out any issues with your connection, we'll need to go through some troubleshooting. Let me know if you'd like to do that.

  • @EA_Aljo already did several times. thanks. i won't do it again.. Im done.. I'll check the game later.. maybe they will do something about it.. because the problem is not on my side.. the game went wrong after the hacker attack.. (savetitanfall.com)
