So, I have finally resolved the issue. If anyone is experiencing something similar, I heavily recommend looking into replacing the motherboard (or at least borrowing a different one for a day or two). It's been four days now without any crashes. I got the ASUS TUF GAMING x570-PLUS and it seems to have fixed everything.
