i just made a new playstation account and it works fine, game loads and i can play it.
its only my other account that the error occurs ☹️

    Do you have a lot of friends on your PlayStation friends list? If so, can you try removing some friends to see if that makes any difference? I've seen some cases where that can actually help with crashes like this.

    Got it, thank you for giving it a shot. 

    Do you know if anyone else in your club is getting a specific error message when this happens? If so, what is the error they've been seeing? 

  • @EA_Kent  On ps4 me and others are getting CE-34878-0

    And those on ps5 are getting CE-108255-1

    And those on steam aren't getting any error codes, it just shuts the game off fully.

    My friend on Xbox doesn't get an error code either, her game just takes her back to the dashboard.

    @xzombiexcookiexx Hi, could you ask some of the affected folks to post in this thread, so we can gather info? Also can you post the Club name?
  • Hello, I am the one who talked to the Help account on twitter. If it helps I have tried both PS4 and PS5 and both are having the same issue.

    I am having the same issue but on Xbox. I don’t get an error code and it takes me back to the dashboard. 

    my gamertag is CrAnK x AnGeL and the club name is Gibs Toes.

  • My PSN is Choctopus I'm in the same club as everyone else here Gibs toes, I keep getting the error code CE-108255-1 on PS5 and CE-34878-0 on ps4.

    Also on my steam account which is also connected to the club doesn't load either however that doesn't give me an error code.

  • I have tried launching the game on Steam where I typically play and haven't been able to get past the menu loading screen.

    Game just instantly crashes as if I have Alt f4 it for example. Checked the task manager and it's not running in the background either. 

    Fully just closes every time I try to open it. I see the first loading screen and then it shuts down, every time. 

  • Hi same issue affecting me,

    I'm part of Gibs Toes and I was affected on the 21st of October by error code CE-108255-1 , I've gone through the EA helpline twice and PlayStation

    support once and all times have been unsuccessful,

    which involved re-installing the game and much later factory resetting my PS5.

    The issue first appeared on my ps5 account (PSN is DavidBanty) and then I noticed a week later the same had happened on my origin account too.

    I'm also crashing like crazy I can't play the game due to me loading into a game and instantly crashing every single time

  • Same issue, part of the clan I play on Xbox I open the game and it just takes me back to dashboard. In game name is BiFa1989

    @xzombiexcookiexx  Can you check again now, it looks like some progress has been made. 

    Also, you mention it happening after an update, do you happen to recall the specific one, or even the date that it happened?

    Was it a big event/season patch or one of the smaller interim patches?
