Re: Apex Legends is shutdown my PC when starting the game

Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

Some general troubleshooting steps:

Make sure all available Windows Updates and hardware driver updates are installed

Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Theres been an issue causing the freeze and reboot/shutdown since Saturday - view the hot thread where tons of people are complaining about the same thing - this is apex specific.
