Try restoring the licenses with the steps here. Also, rebuild the database with the instructions here. Let's see if that helps.
- @EA_Aljo Really?? You ask them to confirm their on Xbox one and you send a ps link i have the same problem and none of the above steps have helped any one got any other ideas at all???

Apologies for the wrong instructions. Can you try deleting the games and apps as well?

Just to confirm, when you hit the A button to load into the game, it freezes and kicks you back to the Xbox dashboard?
I am having the same issue, when I press “a” to continue, game crashes shortly after. I have rebooted my modem, router and Xbox one x console. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Cleared the MAC address. Cleared persistent storage. Still have the same issue. My friend logged into his account on my Xbox and started the game without issue.

Try deleting your gamertag off your console and download it again. You won't lose any data for doing this. Let me know if that makes a difference or not. Thank you.
This did not fix the issue.

Try deleting the personal saved data for Apex. To do this, highlight the Apex tile. Then, hit the Menu button on your controller. It's the one with the horizontal lines to the right of the Guide button. Then, go to Manage game & add ons. Next, go to Saved data. Then, delete the file with your gamertag on it. Just delete it from your system and not from everywhere when that option comes up. Let's see if that helps.
Tried that a couple times over the past few days, tried again just now and the issue still persists.

Do you have a lot of people on your friends list? If so, try deleting some of them and let me know if that helps.
I had 27, deleted all of them, and it’s still not working

Thanks for trying. Do you use a custom gamerpic by chance? I've seen a similar issue caused in another game when using them. If so, can you try choosing a default one to see if that helps?
Unfrickin believable, after a week and at least 12 hours of research and troubleshooting, changing my gamer pic fixed it. Thank you for the help.

It's a weird issue for sure. I have no idea why a custom gamerpic would cause that, but I've seen it happen on NHL as well. Glad to know it resolved this for you. If you have any other issues, please let us know. Have fun and stay safe 🙂
Hi, I am having the same issues I have tried everything on this thread as well as trying to get help from Microsoft but it is defiantly an EA account problem solely with my Apex Legends game. Every other game works part from Apex Legends. It has been 2 days now and I still can't get it to work. please help :'(

Update: I changed my profile pic to default no change
Disclamer: I've also unistalled the game and reinstalled it three time already and no change
it's a bug guys rather than system issue its a account specific issue so if you want to play apex right now best solution is to make a secondary account until EA addresses this bug
even mine is not working.....

- @nottherealhound No one seems to care about the xbox community, because I've been having this problem all month.. I just want to play the game
as per previous tips, i have tried the reconnect method. and it worked for me.
i'm using steam btw. for other platform maybe u guys can try as well. just unplugged cable or turn off wifi or something.
First - the timing is very important. the exact moment to disconnect is when it the apex 3 bar is laggy or choppy.
Second - as soon u got into the lobby spam the heck out of ESC key.(this to collect all the reward msg)
Third - reconnect back ur connection.
i did it in a few tries around 10min. now no problem getting in.
For EA staff please just check what is wrong with the reward message causing this issues. In the future the same things keeps happening again with each updates if not fixed
