Hi, @spybg05!

If you're still having some trouble downloading the game try these steps below.

Perform a clean boot. Once the PC restarts back up, immediately launch Origin as Administrator.
Make sure Origin is added to your anti-virus/firewall exception list. Programs that can conflict with Origin.
Reboot your network connection by unplugging the power to the router/modem for a few minutes.

I’m having the same issues on my Xbox One and the game won’t let me sign in ... it’s been like this for three days!!!

I recommend a reinstall of the Origin client to see if that gets you passed the error if you're still experiencing this.

A reinstall of the game is worth a try if you're having sign-in issues. Make sure you check Xbox Live Status though in case it's not a sign-in issue from their end.
