No. Time out doesn't fix it.  Checked the Apex installation and there are no file changes in the install, also ran the repair option and still not working.

I can't see that reinstalling the game will change anything other than perhaps taking more than a hour to do...!

Come on EA this has to be server side issue. Reset something so we can get back in!
