the only problem is that unlike those that linked their steam accounts i and some other couldnt start the game from installing it without any linking or stuff so there is another problem to that

Today's update fixed this issue for me.

Wow!!!

This method worked!

I went into Steam > Profile > Set Everything To Public

I then went into Steam > Account > Steamguard > Removed It Completely

I am now able to login to my main account.

Edit: This could have been resolved by all the other troubleshoots done on top of this (linking steam to a new alt account, etc. But I am not able to be sure)

GUYS IT WORKED FOR ME AFTER A WEEK.
JUST GOTO ORIGIN 
GOTO THE GAMES LIBRARY AND RIGHT CLICK ON THE GAME AND PRESS REPAIR
AND IT * WORKS!

DEFINITELY GIVE IT A TRY GUYS.
Got my ID BACK.

Btw I made an alt account and tried to link my main steam account to it so I could get back my locked main Apex account but guess what ?! 

Now I can't pass the loading screen on the 2nd account either and BOTH are now linked on the same account since it said that my main steam account was succesfully linked to my alt account !

I'm really pissed.

For everyone disabling steam guard.

I am doing "Deauthorize all other devices" then clicking the "Turn Off Steam Guard" radio button followed by "Disable Steam Guard" and its taking me back to the first page reset on  "Get steam guard codes by email" instead of turning it off.

the steam guard disable option was the key to my account as well! mark your the man. thanks a loooottt! <3

i've disabled steam account from the app on my phone. and now i can use my main apex account

removed the guard still not working ☹️

Deauthorize all other computers on steam. its in manage settings somewhere.

I am stuck here and have done everything. Listed and some youtube stuff. Still not loading past the load screen.

Disabled Steam Guard (only had the one PC attached to Steam), and unfortunately no fix on my end. Once again it's definitely something to do with Origin or Respawn trying to authenticate your connection, because when I launch the game from "offline mode" it immediately gives me the "retry" menu with the accessibility options. Not sure if this helps @EA_Cade at all.

It's not an IP or client-side networking issue, because of being able to use a second account.
It's not a hardware or local file issue, because of being able to use a second account.
It CAN be a Steam issue, but only some people have been able to fix it through either the respawn.com linking url in their browser history or through the removal of Steam Guard.

I'm no network communications expert, but it sounds like some problem where the Origin account is not able to communicate and connect with the user-ID that Respawn uses for unique players. We are logged into Origin just fine, but Origin can't "log in" to Respawn/Apex servers. So it sounds like it'll be a server patch that fixes the issue rather than a client update.

I might just be spouting information that EA and Respawn are already sorting out, hopefully that's the case.

Quick question for @MarkLegendz, when you shut off steam guard did you have Origin open or closed, did you restart your computer, etc. Was there anything outside of making a public profile with no steam guard that you did that may have aided in helping shift whatever problem happened on EA/Respawns end?

its account specific , you can create another origin account and play just fine if you dont link a steam account, and if you link the same account in a new origin account the problem happens again on the brand new origin account , i created a new orgin and linked my 2nd steam account and got in fine, as soon as i link my main account it wont load

Why is this still a problem? Shouldn't be easy to fix the UNLINK STEAM ACCOUNT OUTSIDE THE GAME?
I wont play on a new account when i have an account lvl 70 that i have grinded skins and heroes..
