Re: Apex Legends Twitch Drops not showing in game

I think it's worth saying that A LOT of people have claimed these drops, we can all provide screenshots so we KNOW we should be given the items, it seems like EA are asking you to ask them but there's really nothing to ask. we have claimed the drops, watched the streams and haven't been given the rewards, some rewards go back months now and the most recent drops for season 16 seem to be not given to anyone, we are all having the same issue and if we reach out to sort it nothing happens, someone will confirm to you that you should have the drops (something we already know) and then proceed with telling you that you will get the drops, and it never happens. I can show proof of everything but it seems to not matter as the rewards just don't go to anyone ☹️.

@Breakfastt Same problem here, i ask twitch for help they say if all the accounts are linked and the drops are claimed they cant do anything, on the other hand i ask EA for help like 4 times and i always wait for them to answer in chat and they just disconnect me from it cause they have no answer, i tried to contact ea again today and i was told that they have nothing to do with this, problem is on my end lol what..
