Can you try the steps I posted above, and if you run into issues share a DxDiag?
Hello, I have the same issue and I tried every solution as well (just not reinstalling windows...). Attached the DxDiag file. (and yep I followed your instructions @EA_Illium ). The game worked fine until a recent update.
Disconnect from the internet when you are in the loading screen ends (around 4 seconds)
If successful, it will into the lobby screen. Then connect again to the Internet and spam to collect all rewards such as packs, battlepass rewards, ect
If this didn’t work, try again
If this doesn’t work, the other option is to play on a second account. The bug appears to be account-specific, rather than system or game-specific. In which you may need to contact EA support.
Which you can make a ticket here: https://help.ea.com/en/apex-legends/apex-legends/I've tried that already: another account & >10 times disconnecting, reconnecting, choosing another region, waiting some random 60secs inbetween too... Nothing I haven't tried.
