@Moisvibin Hey, it sounds like there's some sort of mixup and that your Steam is probably linked with another EA Account. Do you have any alternative ones you can log into?

If so, you can then check this page for any linked Steam account: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

You can also try the Steam login option at help.ea.com, it should hopefully bring you to the correct EA account.
