Tried this today, issue of stuttering then crashing direct to desktop is still happening. Crashed twice in an hour, and I have uninstalled both Afterburner and Riva Tuner. Honestly I am at a loss at this point.

I have horrid stuttering no matter how I play with video settings. Streaming is ultra but the rest of the settings are extremely low. I am frame limited due to refresh rate at 144hz on monitor but I am not playing with RTSS or NVIDIA to lock framerate. I run without v-sync and get micro stutters. I have done absolutely everything to try and fix the issue. Are you saying that my D.O.C.P. could be the culprit?

@EA_AticSo what seems to be working for me, after a fresh install and going through all the guides, I have disabled fullscreen optimizations and all that. I also turned off the CPU game boost in the BIOS and that seems to have done the trick. Hasnt crashed to desktop in about a week or so.
