Same exact thing happened to me logged onto the game and lost all progress i had this season i don’t have my battle pass level my apex coins nothing they took all my money and all my progression this season it’s all wiped 

I've lost a lot of progress as well.

Same issue as for everyone else before me on this thread. Lost all progress, items, everything from past seasons. Whatever point in time was used for establishing cross save baseline is definitely messed up...

The same thing just happened to me. All season 20 stuff - stats, battlepass, ranking, got cleared out entirely.

What is going on I was close to level 500 I had nearly completed the battle pass I was plat so should have put me to top of silver but now I’m level 357 lost all my items and progression I’ve restarted my game I’ve tried to see if it’s bugged but if we have lost our season 20 progression apex is gonna loose a lot of its players 

I was either level 1400ish or 1900ish (frankly not sure since for some weird reason they decided to be repeat 500, with no clear distinction between them).

Can we get an update from EA here please? There are a lot of (very rightly) annoyed players here who have lost an awful lot at the moment and we haven't seen any kind of update with a time frame for getting this fixed?

This just happened to me, I logged in 20 mins ago and was so confused. It says only linked accounts are combined but for some reason it doesn’t consider my ps5 account linked. Says it’s already linked to my email (it’s the same email in the message as the email I used to sign into ea website) I’m baffled because all my hard work and now I’m back to bronze 😭 .

Oh wow, I didn’t even check the rest. I was so upset I quit the game.

Looks like this bug has different behaviors for distinct users. Here I lost all season  progression, pass, challenges, rank. So sad about the game this season. For the first time since season 1 that I'm thinking about giving up!

Those that have had their accounts fully reset and were not rolled back with the fix on April 3rd should have received a DM from me here on AHQ.

Please check up in the top-right and reply to me there once you're able if you haven't already, as we need to confirm a bit more before trying the rollback fix.

Please note to avoid further loss of progress we're only able to make sure affected accounts receive the rollback to April 2nd, so unfortunately this does not allow us to grant or adjust any content gained between April 2nd and 3rd that may have been lost with the initial rollback.

If your account is still fully reset and you haven't received a DM, please feel free to DM me directly so we can take a look. Do be sure you're contacting from the affected account in these cases, thanks!

It looks like the account you're posting from has never launched Apex prior to today, so please check for any other emails or accounts you may have used instead.

Sorry, but no, this account has never launched Apex Legends before today and was only created at the end of last year.

It sounds like you may have used the same email in the past, but it's no longer being used for the same account that actually has all your progress. 

That typically means you or someone else gained access to the original account and changed the email address at some point. It's likely once the email was changed, trying to use the original email again just let you set up a new account (this one), which isn't where you had your original progress.

It would be best to speak with support directly to either check any other emails you may have used, or try to recover the original account if it previously used this email and has since been changed.

4月24日にクロスプログレッション統合を行ってから、PS4の高レベルアカウントがPCの低レベルアカウントに統合され、PS4のゲームデータが全てなくなってしまいました。

全キャラのスキン、スーパーレジェンド、武器スキンなど、Apexに課金したお金とApexをプレイし続けた7000時間が一瞬にして失われました。

一刻も早くこのバグが解決して、私の元にゲームデータが全て戻ってきて欲しいです。

I didn link any wrong account i linked my PS4 acc to my only EA account i have, its a fresh EA account and when i merged it i got my everything my skins and my heiirlooms but no stats how come i got my skins and no stats while others got stats and their skins.

Feel free to read through our guides here for more information on the Cross Progression system. In this case there wouldn't be anything that we can change I'm afraid.

I have played over 1081 hrs of Apex on Playstation alone. I was lvl 453 last time i played which was a couple months ago and after i updated and started the game I was lvl 40 and lost all my skins, unlocks, battlepass progress, and content i paid for. I have been playing since day one and now i have nothing to show for it. How can after over a month this has not been fixed? I like the game but i feel like ive been robbed of time and money. This is worse than someone deleting a persons lvl 99 on NBA2K.
