    I lost all my progress, reset down to lvl 1. I haven’t played Apex in a long time, but was hoping to get back into it with some friends. My username on EA is Banks and on steam Gora299

    Hi, I also believe my account progress was reset on April 2nd, and have tried contacting EA support with no luck. If there's anything you can do to help I'd really appreciate it.

    @EA_Mako Good evening, it looks like I was also one of the folks who's account was reset due to this issue. I've also contacted support multiple times in the last few days to get this fixed and haven't heard anything back. I'd truly appreciate your help in getting this fixed, thank you.
