Re: Ban was overturned but still cant log in

Hey @Arolux,

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble accessing the game after the ban has been overturned. You're not doing anything wrong when contacting the Support. The reason they're are asking you for a different email address is to make sure they're checking the correct account where the sanction was applied.

    sorry to bother but i have the same issue thats been going on for  5 days. live chat cant help told me special  team will help me.. now each day different agent contacts me to provide this or that i did no response and then new agent comes and start from begining all over again.
