Hi can you at least list the reasons someones ea account can get banned cause this is really confusing.
I have received a ban for 3 days for my PlayStation username. no warning at all. I have been waiting over 24 hours since following the procedures outlined about disputing and no reply. more than likely wont be replied to before the bans over. No option anywhere for any support. Please help

Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.
It may take some time for a reply.
