    I filed 6 disputes and except for the first one I got a reply within a day and the rest of the times I got a reply immediately after sending the email,makes it sound like the later ones were not investigated at all by the Tos team.
    Did the dev team notice these AFK bots? A lot of users on this forum have experienced what I have, we all put a lot into the game and to have an account banned for killing AFK bots too many times is ridiculous.
    My ea id is WhtCamy9 and I would like to unban this stupid ban, you can check my dispute history and game data. Your detection system is flagging innocent users.
  • I am also this reason, Hong Kong server has a lot of players are so banned, is this the problem of players? My account was even charged over $6,000

  • @EA_Aljo Disputes are useless, i myself have been permanently banned and all the responses i got from creating disputes are automated bot ones.

    Disputes are not useless. They have resulted in bans getting overturned, but only after an investigation determined the ban was in error. Submitting a dispute does not guarantee a ban will be overturned. If there is clear evidence the actioning was warranted, it will be upheld.

  • They don't get reversed in most cases otherwise we wouldn't be here.

    This forum and reddit posts wouldn't exist. 

    I wouldn't have sent 9 appeals with screenshots explaining over and over again what happened.

    If I knew my account would get banned just for killing these afk bots I wouldn't have played tdm in the first place.

    I wouldn't have gotten 16000+ coins for the event either...

    The anticheat system is bugged and I'm pretty sure it thinks it's impossible to get 28 kills and 8k damage In a tdm game.

    Tbh it is an unreasonably high amount of kills and damage however I don't think it's accounting for the afk bots that's plaguing tdm and control right now.

    It's very easy to get such high stats.

    I've sent countless appeals and told them to investigate this issue but all I get is "you cheated and we won't reverse it" 

    Which is ridiculous.

    Why on earth would I play the game everyday for 4 years (nearly 3k hours) and spend $200 worth of skins and heirlooms, completed multiple battlepass if I'm just going to get banned out of nowhere for something I didn't even do...

    The fact that there's a whole reddit post and the people in this forum having this specific issue is proof that this bug exist but there's no official news from EA yet on the matter.

    The fact that these afk bots are still plaguing mixtape is also ridiculous imo

    How many times do we have to point out that this needs fixing and after months still nothing? 

    You can't even leave the match of you get paired with the afk bots..

    You either face a 10 minute penalty or play the match but wait! Don't get too many damage and kills and try not to hit all your shots on a bot that's standing still because you'll be banned for cheating lol.

    Either way it's a lose lose scenario for the players.

    I have a similar issue, I made my EA account about 2-3 years ago, I think I played maybe 1 or 2 games then I didn’t login for about 2 of those years. Next time I tried to log on I got a message saying I’m banned. I quite frankly did nothing. I also had the same issue in regards to my ban not being fully investigated. Whichever Advisor is in charge of their “Support” team should be replaced, this is genuinely ridiculous. I submitted roughly 4 emails/appeals to no avail.
