The things is I already called customer service many times and they are unable to help. I don’t see how they can’t disconnect an account that I have in my possession even though I don’t have the info at hand. This situation should reach someone higher up in EA because I can’t play on my account which I bought all my games in.
@EA_Montimer Can you (or anyone) chime in here and confirm this is a known issue and we cannot play EA games online forever?
- @BogieSIXX same exact problem, I had an old email about 10 years ago and I no longer have access to it so when they give me the questions to answer I answer the best to my abilities but no matter how I answer them they just say they can't help and they cannot confirm its me. I'm flabbergasted as to why they just won't unlink it so I can just link my new account

Bro so all the hours of grinding for my heirlooms was for nothing? Atleast I haven't bought packs to grind for them like other people this is garbage
