i also have this problem, it is possible to buy 2,150 apex coins (need restart client to receive them), but cant buy more and nothing shows in my transaction history
Sometimes i click the option to buy coins and nothing happens, not even 2150 coins option

I'm also having the same issue, only with apex coins, regardless of what amount i try to buy. it just cancels itself out. i was able to buy exotic shards just fine though.
Main issue is that this event for the 100 packs is almost over and I'm really hoping to fix this before it ends.

Just tried again. Still not working. I think steam thinks I'm making suspicious purchases at this point ngl.
