Yep, the team was able to address this on the back-end for Steam.
Should be fixed for Turkey and Argentina now.

- @ThomasMc2595 I cannot purchase exotic shards and nobody is replying to my post. What do I need to do to purchase exotic shards? I really want to buy them and I have the money on my Steam wallet. Somebody please respond.
Still not working on US East. I can’t buy it no matter how many times I try or how long I wait. And it’s through steam

- Hi my steam is China store, and I’m currently in Canada for school, I was trying to buy exotic shards but after I clicked on “Authorization” button, it will take me back to apex in-game store, and nothing happened, and my money is still in steam wallet. Can you all fix this bug for buying exotic shards? It’s really annoying.
