@paypalme1gel Please try to clear your cache, follow the steps below:

Also try to uninstall origin manually (do this in Control Panel) and then reinstall Origin.
If the above is not working, could you please verify
1: You're not using a VPN or Proxy
2: Make sure your Time/Date is correct on the PC
3: Do a Clean boot by following this:

4: Verfiy that Origin is autorized by your Anti-Virus or/and Firewall
