Re: Code wheel temporary fix

Hi,

First, i have been playing Apex Legend since the game came out, i've played a lot and i've played a lot in ranked games too on both seasons. I have never experienced a problem with the game. For the past 3 days i don't know what happened but i can't even play ONE single complete game without being disconnected by an error code either "Shoe" or "Wheel". I called my internet provider, everything was fine, i still asked for a full reboot of my internet from the company. I uninstalled/installed Apex. I even did a factory reboot on my Xbox One, which is like a complete reset of my console. nothing works. I play other game like Cod or Halo and everything is fine, no random disconnect, no lag nothing... what is going on with your game seriously ?

The problem went away by itself today and yesterday. I realized that for the past 3-4 days that the game was crashing i was playing alone with random teammates which is something i never really did, i always play with the same 3-4 persons close to where i'm located. Also i realized that it was taking way more times than usual to find ranking games. ( Playing predator so i don't know if it's related but maybe there is less people to match me with ?) Anyway, it all went away when i started playing back with my 2 teammates close to where i'm located. So since yesterday and today i can play full games without being disconnected but i still feel "laggy" most of the time and i even feel like it's gonna crash but it don't. I'm pretty sure the problem come from your servers.
