Re: Code:Snake Banned with no reason

After contacting EA Support, they found suspicious acts on my account and said my account has been hacked. Although, I had never received any emails from EA about any changed passwords, logins, nothing. I mean, I don't think they email you if there's an unusual login. Nevertheless, they told me to reset my password, and I could start playing immediately. BUT, I had my alternative account banned and remained banned. I was playing on that account, after my main was banned, and received that same message. They're also accusing me of cheating and is standing firm to it. It's BS - the fact they can't swallow their massive ego and admit there's something wrong in the system, rather than accusing the player-base.
