Are you still having any trouble connecting? If so I would like to try running through some steps to see if we can help get you back online. The best place to start would be the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. That covers a lot of different things that can cause connection problems. 

If you're still having trouble after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4
