Yeah I have already tried a clean reboot before but it hasn't worked. I did it again after you mentioned it and still hasn't changed anything. First few games its fine, then it goes downhill. I also disabled my antivirus/firewall and first game went normal but then afterward it started to happen again. Thank you for your help but this problem still continues to persist.

You cannot ask someone to play without his/her antivirus. - EA_David6 years ago

@darkzoan Aye, disabling AV would be for a very temporary, limited test. Sometimes the AV will block some aspect of a game or Origin and this can narrow in on it. It's absolutely not intended as a solution, just a way to home in on where the issue may lie.
@phantomblitz333 I wonder could there be an issue on the router side. You say you can often play for a bit, so please try playing as normal, then when you encounter the issue next, try power cycling your router and see if this has any impact. It's still quite unclear where the issue lies (networking/PC stress/other) and this might help.
Now it's possible that server side issues are a factor, but it's worth running through troubleshooting anyway, to cover any local issues. This is a big issue in the Japan servers. I play with a group of friends and it happens to all of us. It's more stable if we use another region (such as Taiwan). When stuck in the loading, we get put in the screen seen before legend selection, and about a minute later, we are on the dropship with everything frozen. We can rapidly ping around the map and teammates will see it, but we cannot see anything when not properly connected. AV off, reboots, repairs, nothing there fixed it. It only started happening about a week ago.
- @CSPhobosJP Yea Im in Japan and I cant even play because of this error.... Its been happening for days now. I gave up trying to play. Also, the servers are worthless after 9pm. Packet loss is 10%+. And the amount of blatant cheaters on Asian servers has been off the charts lately. They need to keep Chinese players off Japanese servers....
@CSPhobosJPis it just Japan servers? so if i play on other servers this issue won't occur?
@SaikenJP agreed... it usually gets worse in the night, I just give up at that point
I thought I was the only one... but my friend didn't seem to have any issues when playing with me few days back, I was the only one who would have this problem. I wonder why that was the case then.
@EA_David if the servers are the issue then when could we be expecting a patch? if not then anything we are missing from our side?
theres another thread on this which stopped getting responses
must be a Japan server issue if some of the above is true. i literally never had issues until this week, and now i can’t play over 1-2 games without losing RP and 10 min match penalties
@phantomblitz333 It hasn't happened to me when I play on the Taiwan servers...(knock on wood)
Anyway, it sounds like they're looking into it. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/I-ve-got-the-penalty-for-leaving-match-at-rank-match-caused-from/m-p/9005728/highlight/true#M70679
I have tried the Taiwanese servers and everything seems to be OK there.
Ping is double the japanese value though.
