similar thing happened to me. since the last week im starting to see insane packet loss 15-40/0. i would also like to understand what the value before the slash and after it indicates.

my ISP says its fine on their end and testing PL online shows like 0.2% loss only. This had happened to me more than a year ago and persisted for 3 months- when it happened at that time, i changed my ISP within a week which did nothing then i quit apex for 6 months. i came back everything was working fine until now again... has been a week this way. if this happens again im done buying battle pass
