I would look at 2 things for the least:
-96khz audio setting is not needed unless u produce (set it to 48khz)
-ur audio device requires 500mA from a USB port (you havent specified motherboard model) but i would look at connecting it to a solo port (maybe USB3.0) if that doesnt work try a self powered usb hub
-If that doesnt work find out how to clear origin cache folder (probably not necessary)
