Re: CreateTexture2D failed for GFx_TextureAsset_ResizeAndCopy

Hey all. Apex is working great on one of my pc's, but my laptop keeps getting this error with a crash on startup. It is a 2015 alienware with a gtx 970, intel i7-4720hq, and 16 gb ram. Sometimes it gets to the first screen where you are prompted to "press LMB to continue," but after that it just gets this error. Wondering if anyone has ideas for a fix.

We have already tried:

-uninstall + reinstall

-"repairing" game files in origin

-attempted to look for a user video settings file to trash but couldn't find one?
