Re: Cross play account linkage trouble

This happened because your content and progress are stored on the EA account, not individual platforms.

Different EA accounts cannot be merged together. If you unlink a platform from one, it will lose the progress that was earned on the original EA account since it's no longer attached.

To restore that progress you would need to re-link your Steam account to its original EA account.

If you're running into any trouble with that re-linking process you can contact support so they can take a look at the account.

How do I go about getting my progression back because In link setting I dosnt allow me to unlink the steam account for a couple months and it dosnt give me an option to unlink The Xbox accounts.
In the pictures below you can see the two accounts i would like to merge and see that it dosnt let me unlink my Xbox accounts.

Also in the help resources how do I get to the chat with us button because it only shows me the contact email.
