Re: Currency glitched and menus not working in lobby

issue that began after the launch of Season 28 in Apex Legends.

Since the update, several areas of my account are not functioning correctly. The Events, Challenges, Battle Pass, Legend Locker, and Store tabs are greyed out and cannot be accessed. Additionally, all of my in-game currencies (Apex Coins, Crafting Materials, Legend Tokens, Exotic shards) are displaying as –9,999 with a white loading bar animation.

I have purchased the Season 28 Battle Pass as well as the Wraith Battle Pass bundle, which should have granted Apex Packs and other rewards. However, these items are not appearing on my account. I am concerned about missing paid content and would like confirmation that my purchases and progress are secure.

The issue has persisted despite restarting the game and my system multiple times. Please could you investigate this matter and advise on a resolution or estimated timeframe for a fix?

    I’ve had the same thing for a few days now at this point, I had talked to one of EA “advisors” and they said that there is no estimated timeframe of them being able to give when it will be fixed but that they are working on it.
