My email got linked to a fresh new account

U see I was re downloading apex on my PlayStation and I used the cloud to remember my progress or wtv it does it then hit me witht he screen when u start the game to make an account or sign in I tried signing in with the email but it didn't work and I changed the password eventually it let me in but what I saw was a level one account with nothing all my stuff gone fresh new account I then in rage deleted the game but now I really am committed to trying to get my account back if anyone can help me pls do I don't even know if the account I'm sending this on is the real one or not but um ya
