I am writing this as a deeply frustrated and disappointed player of Apex Legends. For the past four days, a game-breaking bug has completely prevented me from progressing. I see minus 9,999 in-game currency, but the game never loads it properly, so I can’t buy the Battle Pass, I can’t engage in any activities, and I can’t even view or progress through challenges. This is completely outrageous and unfair, as other players unaffected by this bug can progress in ranked modes while I am left behind. I believe that we, the affected players, should receive compensation, because this situation is outrageous and completely unjust. As a loyal fan, I am appalled that such a large company like EA has failed to fix this in four days. I urge you to act immediately and consider fair compensation for the harm to our progress and enjoyment
