@THEMrCoLALA Something may not be allowing you to access the settings. To check have you made any changes to the privacy setting on your Xbox account or are you on a child account?
If not can you clear your console cache and see if it continues?
Persistent Storage
1. Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
1. Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
2. Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
3. Select restart I have the same problem on PS4, te crossplay option is greyed out in game. I am searching since hours in the forum and reddit and cant find something. there is no one in the queue so I need crossplay, any help?
